Quality Assurance Coordinator Reconditioning

Ensure “First Time Right” quality for the reconditioning detail shop by inspecting each team member’s work against company standards. Serve as the first point of contact per detail line, coach detailers on proper techniques and standard operating procedures, and assist with final detail tasks. Maintain a clean, safe shop environment, log vehicle information into computer systems, stage and photograph vehicles, run inventory reports, and report equipment issues and incidents to management.
