Job Summary

Build trusted, long-term relationships with retail and small business clients as part of the Key Private Client Program. Deliver plan-based financial wellness advice by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting information, recommending investment and insurance solutions, and maintaining a disciplined referral pipeline. Partner with branch teams and internal sales professionals to acquire clients, deepen relationships, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations to clients by delivering solutions and referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence; prospect and document calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services (and competitive offerings) to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products (as applicable).
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions; comfortable overcoming objections (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
