•Collaborate with other product configurators on strategic initiatives and promote consistency in configuration and functionality development.
•Review feature specifications and guide design decisions; create scalable configurations for short- and long-term stakeholder needs.
•Troubleshoot Workday product configuration and perform configuration/business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities.
•Support Workday Learning configurations (learning assignments, campaigns, course enrollment settings, learner experience) and deliver stakeholder guidance, demos, and presentations to drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with HCM systems, Workday preferred.
•8+ years designing, building, and supporting enterprise processes and enabling systems.

•Mastery of one or more Workday product areas, with Workday Learning strongly preferred.
•Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday architecture, including Business Process Framework, Security, user interface, reporting, and learning-related configuration.
