Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist press, converting, and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, and loading/unloading of equipment.

  • •Follow department work instructions and procedures and help ensure correct operations.
  • •Identify sources of problems on complex machinery and take appropriate corrective action when noted.
  • •Collaborate with coworkers and crew leaders, and share responsibilities with multiple operators as needed.
