Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze procurement/contract requirements by consulting with requesters and end users to ensure fully defined scopes of work.
  • •Lead pre-bid conferences and prepare/issue ITT, RFP and RFQ to vendors; prepare memos and evaluations for file.
  • •Prepare and maintain final contractual instruments (POs, BPA, SMA) with all required documents and flow-down clauses for management approval and award.
  • •Support cradle-to-grave contracts/procurement activities, assess risk, evaluate proposals, negotiate with vendors, and support closeout of contracts as necessary.
  • •Track vendor performance, manage contract changes, coordinate with finance, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and maintain records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, contracts management & purchasing or a related field is required.
  • •Professional Certificates in Contracts/ Procurement are preferred.
  • •A minimum of eight (5) years of experience in a contracts/purchasing role is required.
  • •Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office; proficiency in using the ERP system is preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written; UAE driver's license is required or attainable.
