Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical authority for complex test engineering challenges across multiple products and development programs.
  • •Define and drive long-term test architecture, methodologies, and strategies.
  • •Architect and develop advanced ATE test programs, test methods, and automation solutions to improve coverage, quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • •Develop innovative debugging and root cause analysis techniques for first-silicon bring-up and production readiness.
  • •Mentor staff and junior engineers; establish best practices and lead technical reviews across organizations.

Salary: USD 196,000 - 294,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in semiconductor test development, ATE systems, and product bring-up.
  • •Strong knowledge of test methodologies, characterization, yield improvement, and debug techniques.
  • •Strong software development skills such as C/C++, Python, Java, or similar, plus automation experience.
  • •Experience leading technically complex projects with broad organizational impact and influencing technical decisions.
