Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain HGV lorries to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy to DVSA and Partnership standards.
  • •Complete inspection, service, and defect sheet sections in compliance with O’ Licence obligations.
  • •Ensure spare requests and time books are completed daily.
  • •Apply best practices and current commercial vehicle repair techniques for high-quality, cost-effective repairs.
  • •Support the development of apprentices by providing guidance and support within the workshop.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 35,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •City and Guilds Level 3 Vehicle technician or equivalent qualifications.
  • •Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • •Proven background in transport commercial vehicle repairs.
  • •Knowledge of commercial vehicle legislation and roadworthiness.
