Job Summary

Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service aligned with hotel standards and Kempinski’s values. Maintain full knowledge of hotel services and all food and beverage items, including upselling options and alternatives. Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints, operate the trained POS system, and support opening/closing routines, cleanliness, inventory, and waste reduction.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times in the assigned outlet.
•Be knowledgeable about all hotel services and the full range of food and beverage items offered by the assigned department.
•Explain menu items and perform upselling, offering alternatives where appropriate.
•Handle guest enquiries and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors while ensuring follow-up.
•Operate the POS system (based on trained responsibility level) and follow opening/closing procedures, cleanliness standards, inventories, and waste-reduction practices.

Key Requirements

•Experience in an F&B service role.
•Excellent English oral and written communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills with a professional, confidential, and ethical approach.
•Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
