Job Summary

Design trusted data architecture and build AI data products that help business users query governed data and interact with AI agents at scale. Own the semantic layer and reference architectures from the semantic layer through dashboards, apps, and AI agent workflows. Serve as technical lead and advisor, run design reviews, translate business needs into engineering requirements, and take features end-to-end from blueprint to production using Python, SQL, Snowflake/DBT, and LLM agent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

•Design reference architectures and delivery patterns to take governed data from the semantic layer to downstream consumers including dashboards, applications, and AI agents.
•Architect and build a Data Agent natural-language interface for querying governed data without writing SQL, including agentic workflows with orchestration, tool/function calling, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails.
•Co-design and own the semantic layer (HoneyDew/DBT) defining metrics, dimensions, and governed business meaning for analytics and AI.
•Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor: run design reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with the Data Engineer to take designs to production.
•Translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and drive features and subsystems end-to-end even as needs evolve.

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years across data architecture and hands-on engineering for production enterprise systems.
•Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep hands-on experience designing and building on Snowflake and DBT.
•Experience designing and building LLM/agentic solutions such as RAG, function/tool calling, orchestration (LangChain/LlamaIndex/LangGraph), prompt engineering, and evaluation/observability.
•Understanding of the semantic layer as a bridge between source data and business meaning for trustworthy AI.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence architecture decisions across teams.
