Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare rate related filings in jurisdictions for advocacy of accounting, ratemaking, gas cost, cost allocation and other regulatory issues.
  • •Prepare and review analytical exhibits for developing rate filings and testimony, including support for intervener data requests.
  • •Develop financial and statistical models to improve efficiency and accuracy in rate filings.
  • •Review and analyze billing information for accuracy and usefulness in regulatory proceedings, including pro forma adjustments.
  • •Prepare and file compliance reports and monitor rates charged by other jurisdictions for comparison.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and two years related experience (or equivalent).
  • •Communicate with internal and/or external customers to explain and/or modify technical or complex concepts.
  • •Perform algebraic, operations and/or moderately complex statistical methods and apply high level accounting methods for financial reporting.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software applications for creating complex documents, databases, reports and graphics.
