Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop insurance benefit program projects for an assigned client portfolio and related revenues.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients in the reference portfolio.
  • •Consult and assist clients in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating employee risk intermediation needs, including for expatriate employees.
  • •Coordinate daily communication with clients, specialized insurance companies, and internal colleagues for integrated client management.
  • •Support the delivery of innovative, personalized benefits solutions, including life, accident coverage, and medical expense reimbursement, as part of wellbeing/welfare plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,000 - 50,000

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of the insurance sector.
  • •Preferred prior experience in the employee benefits consulting role.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • •Problem-solving orientation, goal focus, data analysis skills, precision, commercial inclination, and strong communication/organizational abilities with teamwork skills.
