Job Summary

Provide technical support and maintenance for digital identity and border-control solutions, acting as the primary client contact for airports and stations with biometric systems (e-Gates, kiosks). Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and support deployments and commissioning. Monitor service quality against SLA, analyze logs to improve reliability, manage related equipment/tools/stocks, and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to clients by phone, email, and on-site interventions while meeting SLA requirements.
•Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, escalating complex issues to development teams when needed.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer-deployed equipment.
•Participate in deployments and commissioning of new solutions across customer sites.
•Improve service reliability by analyzing logs, identifying recurring incident causes, and proposing product improvements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Technical training or an engineering degree, with a specialization in electromechanics, industrial computing, or an equivalent field.
•First experience in technical support or equipment maintenance.
•Ability to maintain electromechanical systems and diagnose hardware and software faults.
•Experience providing technical support on complex equipment in a client environment.
•Professional English is required; Spanish is an advantage.
