  • •Improve productivity by optimizing processes on Track equipment and ensuring stable equipment operation to support capacity expansion and cost efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers of components and materials to develop and implement innovative technologies addressing technical challenges.
  • •Drive cross-functional communication and improvement activities with managers, engineers, and technicians across departments and operational areas.
  • •Coordinate with domestic and international fabrication sites to contribute to company-wide technology deployment efforts.
