Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and review test cases for complex tax content configurations (rules, codes, rates, jurisdiction logic).
  • •Develop and execute test strategy, test plan, and testing approach based on program requirements.
  • •Manage test execution processes including test case design/reviews, defect management, and test reporting (daily/weekly/closure).
  • •Estimate testing effort, plan resources, and set up the testing team.
  • •Lead Agile ceremonies and lead/manage a 10+ member QA team, including onboarding/training new members on Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years testing experience with strong functional knowledge of Vertex (Sites, Forms, Assets, DAM, Workflows, Templates, Components).
  • •Experience designing and reviewing test cases for complex tax content configurations (rules, codes, rates, jurisdiction logic).
  • •3+ years QA experience on a Vertex Tax Engine.
  • •3+ years as a Test Lead with Agile working knowledge and experience planning/agile ceremonies.
