Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the preparation of the Allianz Technology segment's reporting package for Allianz SE, including process design and execution, analysis, and disclosure activities.
•Handle complex accounting topics (e.g., IFRS 15, IAS 19, IAS 36, IAS, 37, IAS 38), collaborate with Group Accounting, HR, and controlling teams and support IFRS standard implementations.
•Collaborate closely with local finance functions across multiple countries; advise on IFRS and process topics; ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies; act as central contact for closing and reporting matters.
•Analyze segment financial results and deliver concise, insight-driven summaries and commentary for senior management.
•Lead finance transformation and cross-functional projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, reporting tools, and reporting enhancements; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; explore AI tools and automation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with hands-on IFRS expertise; HGB knowledge preferred.
•Proven experience coordinating consolidated financial statements and group-level reporting, including consolidation processes and closing controls.
•5–7+ years in group reporting, consolidation, external audit, or a senior accounting role within a large international company or Big Four firm; strong proficiency with Power BI and SAP.
•Excellent communication skills; fluent English; German is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple topics and project streams in parallel and deliver under tight deadlines.
