Maintenance Technician

Maintain facilities and equipment safely and efficiently by performing preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and minor construction. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications, supporting senior technicians as needed. Operate and maintain heavy equipment using proper Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures, and perform hands-on electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, machining, hydraulics, and welding/fabrication tasks to meet safety and certification standards.
