Key Responsibilities

•Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents to meet client turnaround times.
•Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work, handling volume so attorneys can focus on complexity.
•Set up and coordinate client workflows and manage document portals to drive contracts through to execution.
•Deliver commercially sound contract support with a balance of speed and precision.
•Work with the UK Contracts team alongside UK lawyers and embedded AI agents to process high-volume contract work.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in transactional or corporate legal work or an in-house commercial legal team, with exposure to commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
•Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments while maintaining quality through competing priorities.
•Strong understanding of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism; know when to flag issues versus proceed.
•Clear written and verbal communication that helps clients and colleagues get what they need.
•Ability to take ownership, spot inefficiencies, and improve how the team operates.
