Key Responsibilities

  • •Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents to meet client turnaround times.
  • •Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc legal work, handling volume so attorneys can focus on complexity.
  • •Set up and coordinate client workflows and manage document portals to drive contracts through to execution.
  • •Deliver commercially sound contract support with a balance of speed and precision.
  • •Work with the UK Contracts team alongside UK lawyers and embedded AI agents to process high-volume contract work.
