•Lead the Snowtrail infrastructure team, guiding architecture, delivery, and operations for customer-specific workloads.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve Snowtrail features and incorporate new engine capabilities.
•Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a high-performing, low-ego team culture.
