Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive regional growth by leading commercialization strategy for CA&E solutions across LAC, focused on marketing, personalization, and data-driven engagement.
  • •Define and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies based on market maturity, customer priorities, competitive dynamics, and regional opportunities.
  • •Serve as regional subject matter expert on media and customer engagement trends, including media planning, audience targeting, campaign orchestration, and performance optimization.
  • •Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to support strategic client engagements, commercial proposals, and RFP responses.
  • •Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate commercialization effectiveness and business impact, while aligning cross-functional matrixed teams.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years’ experience in product marketing, media, marketing strategy, or related roles, with a track record of driving growth in complex markets.
  • •Strong background in integrated media planning, performance marketing, audience strategy, measurement, and media agency collaboration models.
  • •Deep knowledge of digital marketing, loyalty, consumer engagement, and personalization, translating platform capabilities into client value.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in highly matrixed international organizations.
  • •Experience developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and customer-facing narratives that support adoption and commercialization at scale.
