Job Summary

Own the day-to-day operations behind US benefits enrollment, ensuring employees are enrolled accurately and benefits data stays clean across ben-admin, payroll, and carrier systems. Manage platforms (Employee Navigator and bswift), carrier and broker relationships, EDI feeds, enrollment and life-event workflows, and monthly invoice reconciliation. Partner with Benefits leadership, Operations, Payroll, Finance, and EOR teams to maintain compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125) and deliver a scalable enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day operations across ben-admin platforms (Employee Navigator and bswift), including configuration, plan setup, eligibility rules, and open enrollment events.
•Manage enrollment, life-event changes, terminations, and evidence-of-insurability workflows with accuracy and speed.
•Maintain clean, reconciled benefits data across ben-admin, payroll, and carrier systems.
•Own relationships with US carriers and brokers; manage EDI/carrier feeds, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate renewals, rollouts, and escalations.
•Run monthly carrier invoice reconciliation, ensure US benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125), and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in US benefits administration/benefits operations, ideally in brokerage, EOR/PEO, ben-admin vendor, or HR tech.
•Hands-on configuration experience with Employee Navigator and/or bswift, including enrollment events and EDI feeds.
•Strong knowledge of US benefits carriers and how feeds, enrollment, and billing work (e.g., Cigna).
•Working understanding of US benefits compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Section 125.
•Experience managing carrier and broker relationships, including escalations and renewals.
