Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute planning, scheduling, and control strategy for assigned projects with guidance from Project Managers/Project Controls Managers.
  • •Monitor and report regularly at project/portfolio level; prepare project control dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Set up baseline schedules and control procedures; monitor progress, flag variances, and identify risks early.
  • •Assist Project Managers with Horizon support in managing project financials.
  • •Support Project Managers/Project Engineers with estimates for bid/tenders and help calculate earned values and EACs for forecasting and course corrections.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of relevant experience in project controls/planning and scheduling, with strong knowledge of risk management and EVM concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience with Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project, plus Power BI and other planning/control tools.
  • •Strong understanding of CPM, PERT, and Earned Value Management (EVM), including planning philosophies and techniques.
  • •Proficiency in advanced Excel and ability to support quantitative schedule/cost risk analysis (QSRA/QCRA).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, or equivalent; post-graduation in project management preferred.
