Key Responsibilities

  • •Process administrative and warranty returns to ensure accurate customer credit issuance.
  • •Maintain visibility and tracking of returned goods and related customer credits.
  • •Manage manifests to verify products shipped for refurbishment and follow established return procedures.
  • •Inspect and evaluate returned product condition to determine the correct disposition path according to predefined policies.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and support the department’s 5S program, including refurbishing finished goods and creating/refining refurbishment labels as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • •1-2 years’ experience as a Receiver or Return Processor within a distribution environment.
  • •Forklift certification required.
  • •Proficient with internet browsers and computer programs.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment, including overtime and weekends as needed.
