Key Responsibilities

•Configure, administer, and maintain 3D design systems (e.g., AVEVA E3D/PDMS, Hexagon Smart 3D, Navisworks), including environment, databases, and user access.
•Support integration of 3D tools with other engineering systems and enable interoperability across contractor formats.
•Manage and maintain federated 3D models across disciplines and contractors, ensuring integrity, consistency, and compliance with standards.
•Perform and manage clash detection using Navisworks (or equivalent) and facilitate model review workshops with stakeholders.
•Develop and enforce 3D modeling standards, provide training and technical support, and support digital data handover with reporting to project stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering design and 3D applications within oil & gas projects.
•At least 5 years in a similar role within PMC/EPC environments, with proven experience on ADNOC or major Middle East projects.
•Hands-on experience managing large, multi-discipline federated 3D models.
•Proficiency with 3D tools and workflows (e.g., AVEVA PDMS/E3D, Hexagon Smart 3D, Navisworks/Autodesk), including clash detection and model federation.
