Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end GST, TDS, TCS, corporate tax, and ROC compliance across multiple entities.
•Prepare and review statutory returns, reconciliations, and tax filings; coordinate with external consultants and Big 4 advisors.
•Own statutory audit readiness, serve as primary liaison for external auditors, and maintain audit documentation and responses.
•Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and review of key GL accounts; assist with reporting and consolidation.
•Maintain the finance compliance calendar, document finance SOPs, and drive automation and internal control improvements.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant (CA).
•2–4 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, statutory audit, or tax.
•Strong experience with GST, TDS, corporate tax, and statutory compliance.
•Hands-on experience managing statutory audits and working with external auditors.
•Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
