Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Japan blueprint for the Strategic Pursuit Program and build a strategic engagement team across theatres.
  • •Lead and manage full sales pursuit lifecycle for strategic, complex, high-value opportunities through closing and contracting.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive win strategies addressing client business goals, technology needs, and competition.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams (sales, pre-sales, solution architects, customer experience, legal, and delivery) to ensure alignment and successful closure.
  • •Coach and mentor sales and pursuit team members; contribute to internal sales and pursuit capability building.
