Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customers accurately and timely using available tools and resources.
  • •Conduct needs-based conversations to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate financial products to build and deepen relationships.
  • •Process routine teller transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments) as needed.
  • •Support segmentation strategy by executing sales, retention, and other initiatives to drive Banking Center growth and profitability objectives.
  • •Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies; assist with supervision, coaching, and onboarding of colleagues.

Salary: USD 21.5 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • •3-4 years of customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • •Needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of all products and services and the systems used for branch transaction processing.
