Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safe planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Environment projects to As Sold or better financial KPIs.
  • •Evaluate day-to-day delivery performance, including pricing strategy, risk management, budgeting/forecasting, and performance reporting for a range of clients and projects.
  • •Support Project Managers with contract understanding, comprehensive project reviews (scope/schedule/budget/risk/quality/resourcing), proactive change management, estimate-at-completion review, and dispute resolution support.
  • •Provide hands-on financial monitoring and root-cause oriented issue resolution, including analysis of project costs, billings, schedules, cash flow, and recommendations to improve performance.
  • •Partner with Project Controls leadership to mentor and direct Project Controls staff and support consistent AECOM delivery practices and Healthy Start project reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or comparable technical or business degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; sponsorship will not be available.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR background check per company policy.
  • •Ability to pass a background check.
