Job Summary

Build and scale digital asset custody and financial software systems for Fireblocks’ Financial Services customers. Partner with Product and Design teams to take features from idea through implementation to production ownership, solving complex, high-load production issues. Own end-to-end delivery while strengthening security across identity and access management, data security, and SecOps/SOC-relevant logging and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, scale, and support digital asset custody and financial software systems for financial services customers.
•Work with product and business teams to iteratively deliver software to production.
•Solve challenging technical problems and debug complex production issues in large-scale environments.
•Influence the technical direction for the financial services business and contribute to roadmap discussions and planning.
•Manage IAM, user management, data security, and product-specific security measures, coordinating with SecOps/SOC on required security logs and events.

Key Requirements

•5+ years working as a full stack developer.
•Experience with NodeJS, React, and TypeScript.
•Proven ability to build and scale large-scale distributed systems with strong data consistency, high availability, and performance under heavy load.
•Strong “builder” mindset to take features from abstract idea through production ownership.
•Strong software engineering practices including clean code, solid architecture patterns, comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E), and rigorous code reviews.
