Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with month-end close, including preparing NAV packages with supporting documentation, maintaining the fund-level waterfall, and coordinating investor reporting to limited partners and regulatory bodies.
  • •Report quarterly and annually accounting information to corporate accounting, including reviewing 10Q/10K drafts.
  • •Create/review year-end financial statements, facilitate the audit, and provide information for annual tax preparation.
  • •Analyze profit/loss and fund performance monthly and quarterly for investors, including calculating management fees and incentive fees.
  • •Maintain the fund general ledger and prepare partner capital activity notices, coordinating with internal corporate, operations, marketing, tax, legal, and front office teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •CPA preferred.
  • •2-4 years of public/private accounting experience, particularly in asset management or alternatives.
  • •Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise.
  • •Experience with hedge fund/PE-style/financial services is a plus.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
