Job Summary

Maintain and repair warehouse installations and automated systems in a fast-paced production environment, covering preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical equipment. Optimize PLC controls to improve processes and operator comfort, support implementation and start-up of installations and machines, and manage parts inventory. Keep schedules and documentation current, provide technical assistance, and direct technicians and machine operators on your shift while ensuring safety and environmental awareness.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and repair warehouse installations (e.g., mini load, conveyors, erectors, winding machines, inline printers), including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
•Solve electrical and mechanical malfunctions and perform minor adjustments in PLC programs on S7.
•Optimize PLC controls to support process improvement and operator comfort.
•Participate in implementation and start-up of installations and machines, including electrical switch boxes, PLC controls, and electromechanical drives.
•Manage technicians and machine operators on your shift, keep schedules and documentation up to date, and maintain parts inventory with order recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 39,360 - 49,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or automation.
•At least 7 years of experience maintaining automated systems in a maintenance department.
•Strong knowledge of electromechanics and frequency controls.

•Ability to work safely, including working at heights (max. ±25 meters), and to work in shifts.
