Job Summary

Join the asset management team as a hands-on data SME within a cross-functional Scrum setup. Lead data analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights across AUM/flows, performance & attribution, fees, benchmarks, securities, onboarding, and ESG. Drive new dataset sourcing, functional mapping, data modeling, validation, and quality management, using SQL, Python, relational databases, and analytics tools such as Power BI and QlikView.

•Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives to deliver actionable insights for asset management operations.
•Source new datasets and perform functional design, mapping, and data modeling to support data consumption needs.

•Analyze large datasets and apply strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
•Collaborate in a Scrum team as the primary data SME to gather requirements, facilitate decisions, and support stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in asset management or financial services.
•Advanced competence in database systems, including SQL and Power BI.
