•Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering innovative solutions and fostering technical excellence.
•Deliver a multi-year roadmap leveraging GenAI/agentic AI to accelerate knowledge discovery and issue resolution for client onboarding.
•Design and develop scalable, secure systems and moderately advanced architect solutions that integrate across the internal technical ecosystem.
•Collaborate multi-functionally with product, test, Dev-ops, and agile/scrum teams to create design artifacts and best-in-class software solutions.
•Contribute end-to-end to delivery of new product features and improve product quality, service technology, and business flows.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree / 2 years with a PhD), or 11+ years of relevant experience.

•Track record driving GenAI adoption within engineering teams to deliver value-added services at scale.
•Ability to develop front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understand user interface design.
•Ability to develop back-end code (Python, Java, C++, PHP) and build/utilize APIs; knowledge of databases, systems integration, and data structures.
