Job Summary

Lead technical enablement for a Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across LATAM/AMER, owning the end-to-end training lifecycle from scheduling to hands-on course delivery. Deliver technical courses and workshops to channel partners and customers, covering encryption, authentication, and cybersecurity products, while partnering with Engineering on the product roadmap. Train in English and Spanish and support Spanish course material translation, helping certify partners and build deep expertise in enterprise-grade data protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full training lifecycle for the Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across the LATAM/AMER region, from scheduling to hands-on course delivery.
•Deliver technical courses and workshops to channel partners and customers, building expertise in Thales encryption, authentication, and cybersecurity products.
•Collaborate with Engineering to stay aligned with the product roadmap and gain exposure to enterprise customer implementations.
•Deliver training in English and Spanish and support translation of customer-facing course materials into Spanish.
•Partner with Channels to certify partners and collaborate with Customer Services and Finance on the commercial side of training operations.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Lead, or Customer-Facing Engineer.
•Strong technical background in encryption and data security products (HSM, Data Security, Application Security).
•Working knowledge of IT security, PKI, and cryptography fundamentals.
•Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) for delivering training in both languages.
