Provide technical leadership across the North American Elevate Growth team by scoping, driving, and executing highly technical R&D projects for innovation and renovation. Own feasibility assessments, prototype development, costing, factory trials, and recipe/label documentation for new and renovated products in the Sauces & Condiments portfolio, including shelf-life assessment and technical support. Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate results, and commercialize products while managing multiple assignments with minimal guidance.

•Develop recipes, factory documentation, and recipe/label documentation, including technical approval and shelf-life assessment.
•Provide technical support for initial factory production and apply scientific principles to new situations.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Food Science or Chemical Engineering.
•Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s (or 3 years with a Master’s, or 2 years with a PhD).
•Solid understanding of food chemistry, analytical testing, formulations, and processing used in food manufacturing.
•Understanding of ingredient functionality and interrelationship of ingredients, process, and packaging.
•Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and problem-solving skills.
