Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering support and align global electrical facility design standards for construction projects and O&M programs across manufacturing sites in the region.
  • •Collaborate with central teams to review and approve site capacity expansion and sustainability capex, and make business-driven reliability improvement decisions.
  • •Support reliability engineering activities for system reliability improvements, quality improvement, and equipment EOL replacements, including major SIPP reviews.
  • •Act as a single point of contact to provide alignment on electrical metrics reporting (e.g., schedule, cost control, safety index, and facilities system reliability).
  • •Technically lead and support global cross-functional efforts to improve operational excellence using methodologies such as SPC, conformance, SIPP, MOC, and 8D, including training/certification development and benchmarking equipment performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • •8+ years of facility engineering experience, preferred with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional, multi-cultural groups and continuously improve systems and processes.
