Serve as the technical leader for enterprise network infrastructure and connectivity services, combining advanced network architecture with hands-on engineering. Provide network security oversight with Palo Alto firewalls and zero-trust principles, mentor engineers, and drive modernization initiatives, automation, and incident/capacity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development guidance to network engineers, including annual performance reviews.
•Serve as the technical leader for the network engineering function, providing architectural oversight and technical direction.
•Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise and hybrid cloud network architectures, including on-prem data centers, cloud interconnects, and global WAN topologies.
•Architect, implement, and optimize routing and security, including MPLS/MP-BGP/OSPF/VXLAN/EVPN solutions and Palo Alto firewall segmentation and threat prevention.
•Drive network modernization, automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform and infrastructure-as-code), and improve availability, resiliency, monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
•5+ years of network engineering experience, including leading complex architectural initiatives and mentoring engineers.
•Proficiency in MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and large-scale routing architectures.
•Strong knowledge of network security principles and technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, Cisco ISE, zero-trust, and SASE.
•Experience designing/supporting OT environments and familiarity with Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
