Job Summary

Lead AECOM’s Water Infrastructure team in South East Queensland by providing technical practice leadership for civil projects across water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, and conveyance. Guide and mentor engineers and designers, and support project delivery from bidding and concept through detailed design and construction phase support. Help ensure quality assurance processes, on-time delivery, and strong client relationships for a secure long-term pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical practice leadership for the civil group within the Water Infrastructure team.
•Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers and designers.
•Support project delivery from inception through bidding, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
•Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and deliver projects on time and within budget.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

•Experience providing high-quality work with mentoring, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
