Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve BBD and BBC Centre business targets by driving referral cases to BBD WEM RMs or BBC Specialists and supporting growth in investment and insurance and other cross-selling products.
  • •Reactivate Investment ETB and activate Investment NTB with conversion targets, moving clients from first trade to repeat digital trading and reinforcing regular self-directed trading behavior.
  • •Execute segmented outbound calling using tailored call lists and client segments; improve relevance and conversion with disciplined follow-through and outcome tracking.
  • •Deliver high-impact campaigns end-to-end with strong message delivery, reinforcement, and consistent follow-through, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve effectiveness.
  • •Manage assigned lead lists and maintain a structured pipeline, prioritizing customers based on propensity, needs, and campaign objectives while ensuring regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

Key Requirements

  • •HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent.
  • •Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with investment market and economic environment; preferably CFP or CFA.
  • •Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination.
  • •Strong self-motivation with communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage.
