•Oversee MEP engineering operations in Philadelphia, focusing on team growth, performance, and quality of deliverables.
•Manage the Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Fire Protection departments, mentoring staff and guiding project delivery.
•Develop and execute a strategy to grow the local MEP team and lead major project pursuits in a multidisciplinary environment.
•Act as technical leader and quality reviewer, ensuring high-caliber engineering output and adherence to standards.
•Lead design management on complex projects, coordinating with project managers and other offices to optimize staffing and delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•2+ years of team leadership experience
•PE license in Pennsylvania, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional U.S. states
•Experience delivering high-quality deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously and supervising a design team
•5+ years in an engineering lead or design management role (preferred)
