Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, picking, and shipment preparation.
  • •Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, chemical handling, labeling, storage, 5S, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records using system transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
  • •Coach, develop, and support warehouse team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • •Support warehouse start-up readiness and ramp-up by implementing processes and preparing layouts, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations, including leading teams or supervising warehouse activities.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, chemical storage requirements, labeling standards, and material handling equipment operations.
  • •Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and ERP or SAP systems.
  • •Strong people leadership and coaching skills to develop team capability and engagement.
