Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical authority for complex projects and programs by assessing completeness, compatibility, compliance, and technical risk.
  • •Serve as product-line subject matter expert across the Division and Group and establish engineering expectations, best practices, and performance measures.
  • •Review product designs, technical deliverables, and verification activities against customer requirements, performance expectations, quality objectives, and cost targets.
  • •Assess trade-offs among business needs, technology requirements, cost, product-line risk, and customer requirements.
  • •Recommend and evaluate engineering process improvements and mentor engineering teams to strengthen technical capability and consistency of engineering output.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 10 years combined new product development and sustainment engineering experience.
