Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and fix complex technical malfunctions in vehicles with diesel and electric drive systems.
  • •Diagnose fault patterns across high-voltage systems, control units and software, as well as electrics/electronics and interfaces.
  • •Carry out sustainable repair measures and implement retrofits, conversions, and validations of technical solutions.
  • •Support service partners with challenging technical problems and provide technical guidance on-site.
  • •Accompany vehicle launches: perform vehicle checks, product audits, first analyses, and quickly feed fault learnings back to development and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as automotive mechatronics technician (Kfz-Mechatroniker), heavy-duty vehicle mechatronics technician (Nutzfahrzeug-Mechatroniker), automotive electrician (Kfz-Elektriker), or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of professional experience in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, or buses.
  • •Sound knowledge in diagnosis and fault finding.
  • •Ideally, further training in high-voltage technology, electromobility, or alternative drives.
  • •High travel willingness within Germany and Europe, plus strong customer orientation and communication skills.
