Key Responsibilities

  • •Support 100% mission readiness for Army and the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) at Fort Sill by aligning transportation operations with contract performance metrics.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute daily TMP operations, including developing and maintaining bus movement schedules for training events.
  • •Manage dispatch logs and movement documentation while ensuring completeness, accuracy, and retention per policy, regulatory guidelines, and contractual requirements.
  • •Track on-time performance, no-shows, delays, and service recovery; recommend and implement corrective actions to meet requirements.
  • •Monitor fuel usage and tank levels and coordinate fuel operations while supporting vehicle safety inspections, bus cleanliness standards, and preventive maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in fleet coordination, vehicle scheduling, or transportation operations.
  • •Working knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, fuel handling, safety regulations, and record-keeping systems.
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result, obtain and maintain a CAC, and possess a REAL ID-compliant state-issued driver’s license.
