Key Responsibilities

  • •Build production test automation across backend, web, and mobile, including API/contract testing, Playwright coverage, and mobile E2E with Appium or Maestro.
  • •Create shared fixtures, environment and test-data management, and CI pipelines so red builds indicate real issues.
  • •Develop an AI layer that generates tests from specs/code/traffic and maintains failure triage (bug vs flake vs environment vs test rot).
  • •Implement self-healing locator and suite health tooling, plus evaluation infrastructure for AI features with datasets, scoring, and regression detection.
  • •Build agentic AI workflows that reproduce failures, propose fixes, and open PRs, integrating with existing CI/Jira/observability tools while managing load and orchestration trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ship production software with recent hands-on work on LLM-backed systems used by real users.
  • •Strong Python and comfort with at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript, with tested and maintained code.
  • •Own a test suite that gates releases on both backend and UI (web or mobile) and keep it reliable and green.
  • •Build evaluation systems and explain improvement using measurable results and statistical significance considerations.
  • •Deep familiarity with modern LLM testing and quality: prompting/structured output/tool use, retrieval, agentic orchestration, and evaluation/reliability trade-offs.
