Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead special projects and initiatives across safety, certification, performance, and program-directed issues under program leadership.
  • •Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor technical developments throughout a customer introduction program lifecycle.
  • •Manage risk and opportunities and support cross-functional integrated product team issues to resolve complex technical problems.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical integration, certification, and project management to return aircraft into service and sustain delivery/production.
  • •Conduct detailed investigations to ensure system integration, compliance, and safety requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •10+ years of experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
  • •7+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
  • •5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required for the clearance process.
