Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contracts across the full product life cycle, enforcing compliance and ensuring agreements are signed for on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery.
  • •Coordinate alignment across internal functions (Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Services, Legal, Finance) and contribute to commodity strategy for purchased products.
  • •Initiate and execute cost reduction campaigns, run international tender calls, secure contractualisation of design changes, and manage supplier rating campaigns.
  • •Partner with mainly US and European suppliers to accelerate innovations via stakeholder workshops, and proactively manage supply chain risks, deviations, litigations, and change projects.
  • •Support services and aftermarket strategy by working with Customer Services, securing contractual frameworks aligned with Product Data strategy, and managing supplier performance for in-service events.

Key Requirements

  • •5-year degree level in Engineering or Business school.
  • •Negotiation level of English.
  • •Proven experience as a contract and international negotiator with commercial/contractual background and legal awareness.
  • •Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or equivalent experience managing outside stakeholders.
  • •Good technical understanding of aircraft systems (plus: experience in engineering, programmes, procurement operations, or customer support with project management).
