Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the economy product and support passenger processing across check-in, departures, transfer desk, and arrivals.
  • •Set up check-in areas, allocate desks/manpower/resources for economy passengers, and adjust allocation based on passenger flow and queue times.
  • •Ensure enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, credit checks, and documentation requirements.
  • •Assist passengers with information and support through security, immigration, transfers, and baggage handling; ensure timely boarding commencement and close-out.
  • •Assist arrivals and baggage reclaim, liaise with stakeholders for delays/disruptions, and implement company policies and ISR requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 12,000

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma.
  • •Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable.
  • •Be able to work 2-4 years experience level as indicated in the qualifications.
  • •Reads and complies with the Company’s ISR policies, completes required ISR awareness sessions, and reports weaknesses or incidents.
