Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of Regulatory Change Management controls, processes, systems, and data to confirm regulatory change activities are effective.
  • •Perform targeted assessments of regulatory implementation activities to determine whether regulatory outcomes were achieved and are sustainable.
  • •Provide practical review, challenge, and advice to senior management to ensure deliverables meet independent testing standards.
  • •Evaluate the quality, completeness, accuracy, and reliability of regulatory data, management reporting, records, and documentation used in the regulatory change process.
  • •Execute assurance methodology, document evidence-based conclusions, and monitor/verifiy remediation closure for identified observations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience performing quality assurance reviews, control testing, compliance testing, internal audit reviews, risk assessments, or similar assurance activities in financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of control frameworks, governance processes, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to evaluate design and effectiveness of controls, identify gaps, and assess adequacy of supporting evidence.
  • •Strong analytical and investigative skills to review complex processes, data, and documentation and develop objective conclusions.
  • •Ability to draft testing results, observations, and remediation closure packages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
