Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all incoming customer inquiries related to delivery and service processes (logistics complaints, delivery issues, under-deliveries and transport damages)
  • •Factual review, recording and booking of complaints
  • •Ensure correct and timely processing of all customer concerns
  • •Close collaboration with Transport Manager, Export Controller and customs specialists
  • •Responsible for specific KPIs (creation, monitoring and deriving actions to improve quality)

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer service, technical support, store sales, or a similar environment
  • •Education or experience as a merchant in retail, wholesale, or customer service
  • •Very good German and English skills
  • •Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
  • •High reliability, resilience and ability to work in a team; autonomous, solution-oriented approach
