Job Summary

Own production support for assigned systems by monitoring, triaging complex issues, and handling escalations while ensuring timely resolution. Provide technical support across web, desktop, or mobile applications and be available for after-hours/on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assigned production systems and address issues as they are found.
•Participate in reviewing and documenting current systems and proposing/implementing enhancements.
•Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications, including upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.
•Troubleshoot and optimize cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability; analyze and optimize query performance.
•Triage complex issues, handle escalations, identify root cause in code and/or the database, and suggest break-fix activities; provide on-call support after office hours and on weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of database ETL processes and strong experience with ETL development and data integration best practices.
•Proficient .NET programming and ability to program in multiple object-oriented languages (e.g., .Net, C#, VB.NET, VB6).
•Strong SQL skills, including familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.
•Troubleshoot and optimize cloud data pipelines for performance, security, and reliability; analyze and optimize query performance.
•Ability to triage complex issues, identify root cause in code/DB, and communicate effectively across business, risk, and IT teams.
